Max Löw is a Berlin based industrial designer. With his work, Max moves in various design disciplines, always in search of new innovations and design solutions. His approaches are human centered and put the needs and requirements for an adequate, long-lasting product into the focus. Max design principle is defined by leaving out unnecessary and convincing through simplicity. „It is important to me to give the products a certain extra, which distinguishes them from the conventional and makes them something special. Especially the quote of Charles and Ray Eams has a big influence on the realization of my projects. – “The details are not the details; they make the product.“

During his career as a designer, Max has been working alongside several renowned design Studios and agencies. Among others, he worked for Studio Aisslinger, Studio Mark Braun and Berlinerblau, the creative agency of Nomos Glashütte.

Max graduated from the University of the Arts in Berlin with a master degree. As well as working commercially with companies, he also works on self-initiated projects like „Companion“ – a lighting system for today’s modern office environment. Therefor Max was nominated for the German Design Award 2019 and gets supported by a start-up scholarship which is funded by the European Social Fund and the Berlin Senate Department for Economics, Energy and Business.
